الجدران المحفورة ثلاثية الأبعاد من الـ MDF: كيف تُصنع وكيف تُعتنى بها
يبدأ الجدار ثلاثي الأبعاد بنموذج رقمي، يقرؤه جهاز الـ CNC ويحفره على ألواح MDF طبقة بعد طبقة، بدقة لا يمكن للحفر اليدوي مجاراتها في المساحات الكبيرة.
المراحل
- التصميم: اختر نقشًا من كتالوجنا أو أرسل فكرتك الخاصة
- القياس: يُقاس الجدار لتوزيع التصميم على الألواح بفواصل متطابقة
- الحفر: يُحفر كل لوح على جهاز الـ CNC
- التشطيب: صنفرة وطبقة أساس وصبغ مطفأ أو لامع أو بملمس خاص
- التركيب: تُثبّت الألواح وتُعبأ الفواصل ليبدو الجدار سطحًا واحدًا
لماذا الـ MDF
لا توجد ألياف ظاهرة في الـ MDF، لذلك يُحفر بسلاسة في كل الاتجاهات ويتقبل الصبغ بشكل متساوٍ، كما أنه ثابت واقتصادي للجدران الكبيرة.
الإضاءة تصنع الفرق
يُظهر الجدار ثلاثي الأبعاد عمقه عندما تأتي الإضاءة من الجانب أو من الأعلى، لذا خطط لإضاءة LED خطية أو كشافات قبل التركيب.
العناية
أزل الغبار بفرشاة ناعمة جافة أو بقطعة قماش من الألياف الدقيقة، وتجنب الماء والمنظفات القوية على الأسطح المصبوغة، وأبعد الجدار عن مصادر الماء المباشرة.

3D carved MDF walls: how they are made and how to care for them
A 3D wall starts as a digital model. The CNC router reads the model and carves it into MDF boards layer by layer, with a precision that hand carving cannot match on large areas.
The steps
- Design: choose a pattern from our catalogue or send your own idea
- Measuring: the wall is measured so the design is split across boards with matching joints
- Carving: each board is carved on the CNC router
- Finishing: sanding, primer, and paint in matte, gloss or a textured finish
- Installation: boards are fixed and the joints are filled so the wall reads as one surface
Why MDF
MDF has no grain, so it carves smoothly in every direction and takes paint evenly. It is also stable and cost-effective for large walls.
Lighting changes everything
A 3D wall shows its depth with light from the side or from above. Plan a linear LED or spotlights before installation.
Care
Dust with a soft dry brush or microfibre cloth. Avoid water and strong cleaners on painted surfaces, and keep the wall away from direct water sources.
