عندما ترسل قائمة قص إلى مصنع ألواح، فإن أول آلة تتعامل مع ألواحك غالبًا هي منشار البيم.
ما هو منشار البيم
منشار البيم منشار ألواح يعمل بالتحكم الرقمي. توضع عليه الألواح الكاملة، أو رزمة من عدة ألواح، ثم يثبّتها عارض ضغط بإحكام، ويتحرك حامل المنشار على امتداد خط القص، بينما يدفع ذراع آلي الألواح إلى الموضع التالي بدقة عالية.
المنشار الرئيسي ومنشار التحزيز
تستخدم الآلة شفرتين: شفرة تحزيز صغيرة تحفر مجرى خفيفًا في الوجه السفلي أولًا، ثم تكمل الشفرة الرئيسية القص. وهذا يمنع تقشّر سطح الميلامين، فيبقى وجها القطعة نظيفين.
تحسين القص
قبل القص، يرتّب برنامج تحسين القص القطع الواردة في القائمة على الألواح، بهدف استخدام أقل عدد ممكن من الألواح وتقليل الهالك. والتوزيع الجيد قد يُحدث فرقًا حقيقيًا في تكلفة المطبخ أو الخزانة.

How a beam saw cuts boards with millimetre accuracy
When you send a cutting list to a panel factory, the first machine that touches your boards is usually the beam saw.
What a beam saw is
A beam saw is a computer-controlled panel saw. Full boards, or a stack of several boards, are placed on the table. A pressure beam clamps them firmly, and a saw carriage travels along the cut line. A pusher moves the boards forward to the next position with high accuracy.
Main saw and scoring saw
The machine uses two blades. A small scoring blade cuts a shallow groove in the bottom face first, then the main blade completes the cut. This prevents chipping on melamine surfaces, so both faces of the part stay clean.
Cutting optimisation
Before cutting, the parts from the cutting list are arranged on the boards by optimisation software. The goal is to use as few boards as possible and reduce waste. A good layout can make a real difference to the cost of a kitchen or wardrobe.
