ماذا يفعل جهاز الـ CNC في مصنع الخشب
CNC اختصار للتحكم الرقمي بالحاسوب. وجهاز الـ CNC آلة تحرّك أداة قطع دوّارة على مسارات يحسبها الحاسوب، فتقصّ الألواح الخشبية وتحفرها تمامًا كما في الرسم.
كيف يعمل
- يُرسم التصميم أو يُختار: جدار ثلاثي الأبعاد أو نقش مفرّغ أو قطعة أثاث
- يحوّل البرنامج التصميم إلى مسارات للأداة، ويحدد الأدوات والأعماق والسرعات
- يُثبّت اللوح مستويًا على طاولة الجهاز، غالبًا بالشفط
- يتحرك رأس الجهاز في ثلاثة اتجاهات ويقصّ اللوح طبقة بعد طبقة
ما الذي يمكن أن يصنعه
- الحفر ثلاثي الأبعاد: جدران الأمواج والنقوش الزهرية والشعارات والقطع الفنية
- التفريغ ثنائي الأبعاد: الشاشات والفواصل وحشوات الأبواب وألواح الأسقف
- المجاري والبروفايلات: مجاري المقابض والمجاري المائلة والخطوط الزخرفية
- التوزيع المحسّن: قص قطع الأثاث غير المنتظمة بأقل هالك
- النقش: الأسماء والشعارات والنصوص
لماذا يُستخدم الـ MDF غالبًا
للـ MDF بنية متجانسة بلا عروق، فيُحفر بسلاسة في كل الاتجاهات ويتقبل الصبغ جيدًا بعد الصنفرة.
من الجهاز إلى الجدار
بعد الحفر تُصنفر القطع ويوضع عليها الأساس والصبغ، ثم تُركّب وتُعبأ الفواصل لتبدو الجدران الكبيرة سطحًا واحدًا.

What a CNC router does in a wood factory
CNC stands for computer numerical control. A CNC router is a machine that moves a spinning cutting tool along paths calculated by a computer, so it can cut and carve wood-based boards exactly as drawn.
How it works
- A design is drawn or chosen: a 3D wall, a cut-out pattern or a furniture part
- Software turns the design into tool paths, choosing tools, depths and speeds
- The board is held flat on the machine bed, usually by vacuum
- The router head moves in three directions and cuts the board layer by layer
What it can make
- 3D carving: wave walls, floral reliefs, logos and art pieces
- 2D cut-outs: screens, partitions, door inserts and ceiling panels
- Grooves and profiles: handle grooves, V-grooves and decorative lines
- Nesting: cutting irregular furniture parts with minimal waste
- Engraving: names, logos and text
Why MDF is the usual material
MDF has an even structure with no grain, so it carves smoothly in every direction and takes paint well after sanding.
From machine to wall
After carving, the parts are sanded, primed and painted, then installed with the joints filled so large walls look like one surface.
