الشاشات المفرّغة بالـ CNC للفلل والمجالس والمكاتب
تُعدّ الشاشات المفرّغة، التي تُسمى أحيانًا فواصل أو ألواحًا على طراز المشربية، من أكثر منتجات الـ CNC انتشارًا في قطر. وتُقصّ من الـ MDF على جهاز الـ CNC وتُصبغ بأي لون.

اختيار النقش
تعطي النقوش الهندسية مظهرًا عصريًا أو تقليديًا بحسب حجمها، أما النقوش الزهرية والطبيعية فتبدو أكثر نعومة. والفتحات الكبيرة تسمح بمرور ضوء أكثر، والصغيرة تمنح خصوصية أكبر.
السماكة والمقاس
تُقصّ الشاشات عادة من MDF بسماكة 9 إلى 18 مم، وتُصنع الشاشات الكبيرة على أجزاء تتصل بإتقان، فيمكن تغطية جدار كامل.
التشطيب
بعد القص تُصنفر الألواح ويوضع عليها الأساس ثم الصبغ. والأبيض والبيج والذهبي من الألوان المفضلة، ويمكن أن تطابق الشاشة لون الجدار أو تتباين معه.
الإضاءة
الشاشة الموضوعة أمام جدار مضاء أو في سقف بإضاءة LED مخفية تلقي ظلالًا منقوشة وتصبح نقطة جذب في المساء.

CNC cut-out screens for villas, majlis and offices
Cut-out screens, sometimes called partitions or mashrabiya-style panels, are one of the most popular CNC products in Qatar. They are cut from MDF on a CNC router and painted in any colour.
Where they work well
- Majlis and reception rooms, as a feature wall or a room divider
- Entrances, to separate the door from the living area while keeping light
- Staircases and balustrade infills
- Ceilings, with lighting behind the pattern
- AC covers and radiator covers
- Office partitions and reception backdrops
Choosing a pattern
Geometric patterns give a modern or traditional look depending on the scale. Floral and organic patterns feel softer. Larger openings let more light through, smaller openings give more privacy.
Thickness and size
Screens are commonly cut from 9 to 18 mm MDF. Large screens are made in sections that join neatly, so a full wall can be covered.
Finishing
After cutting, the panels are sanded, primed and painted. White, beige and gold are popular, and the screen can match the wall or contrast with it.
Lighting
A screen in front of a lit wall or a ceiling with hidden LED throws patterned shadows and becomes a focal point at night.
